In Loving Memory of Joyce Lanelle Bailey

December 30, 2024 It is with deep sorrow that we announce the unexpected passing of Joyce Lanelle Bailey on Monday, December 30, 2024. 

Joyce lived a fulfilling life dedicated to her family and loved ones. As a devoted mother to her two children, Joy Jackson and James Rasco, and a cherished grandmother, Joyce was the heart and soul of her family. 

She took great joy in being a homemaker, always busy with cooking, sewing, or embarking on new adventures with her beloved dogs and her husband, Amon Bailey.

 Family meant everything to Joyce. She was the epitome of nurturing and love, and those who knew her were blessed by her kindness and generosity. To know Joyce was to love her. Her warmth and care left an indelible mark on everyone she met. 

While our hearts are heavy with grief, we find solace in knowing that Joyce is now walking the streets of heaven, surrounded by the love of those who passed before her. 

Joyce is survived by her husband, Amon Bailey; her children, Joy Jackson and James Rasco; eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. 

She will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on forever in our hearts.
